The HUB

The HUB is an open office building that allows anyone to come use and rent out when they need a quiet space to focus and get their work done. This space has very minimal day-to-day employees, so personal areas are not needed, but the whole space needs to be easy to clean and maintain. There is a lot of foot traffic everyday made by many different people as well, so finishes and materials must be able to withhold all of the activity. The whole plan was given, and it was my job as the designer to add finishes, materials, and furnishings to a Reception, Cafe, Open Area, Private Offices, and Conference Rooms.
