Frangipani Residence

The Frangipani family consisting of a Mom, a Dad, a Daughter, a Grandma, and a Grandpa decided to build their own dream home on lake property. Each member of the family has their own special needs and requests for the design of the house that must be met. The daughter is 100% blind, the mother has Seasonal Affective Disorder, the father is exhausted from his job, the grandmother is overweight, and the grandfather is in a wheelchair. The grandparents are straight from Italy, so they both would like something in the home to remind them of their previous home. In general, the family wants the home to be easy to maintain, modern and has an earth connection.
